We do not accept returns of items purchased on behalf of customers (or their agents) that were not in our inventory at the time of request. Such orders are considered "customized orders". Customized orders, whether new or old, are not eligible for return.

We accept store credit returns for products described as "Preloved" in the condition description, provided that the product is in the same condition as when it was sold.

Store points are valid for 180 days from the date of purchase.

Please send an email to [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the item you wish to return. We will issue an insured return label for you. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will inform the store credit. The credit will be deducted from our original shipping and return shipping charges.

If you choose to use your own label to return the product, we must receive the return within four days (seven days for overseas buyers) after notifying us that you want to return the product.

We are not responsible for any returns shipped to the wrong address or lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we recommend insuring packages that contain returns.

We record video of all items before shipment. If the item seems to have been used, we reserve the right to refuse to return the item.

Returns from outside the United States are subject to customs fees and/or foreign exchange fees, which will be deducted from the refund.
